Their animals are all born and raised in Italy, with food that comes from their land and with a life cycle that respects the animal: when they are grazing on the hill in fact you can also seeand hear them from Cascina rosa, being the farm halfway between Moncalvo and Madonna dei Monti.
In addition to all this they hold annual events at their farm spreading and promoting the Cattle Breed from Piedmont with speeches from experts and veterinaries having their say about the cattle breed native of Piedmont . The story of their company begins in 1982, when Lauro detects the butcher in Piazza Garibaldi in Moncalvo, hence began their company.
Lauro captures the passion from his father, Carlo, and turns into craft and profession, so in 1993 bought the farm, where there is now the breeding, and become one of the few butchers of the surroundings with a own herd.
