Micco brothers butcher in Moncalvo, few kilometers from Cascina rosa b&b<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

On the main square of Moncalvo<\/strong>, the village opposite the hill of\u00a0Madonna dei Monti<\/a>\u00a0and Cascina rosa b&b<\/strong>, there is a small shop that has kept the atmosphere of a time<\/strong> and a little space on the walls of the store because of all the awards<\/strong> won over the years: the butcher of Micco brothers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Of course all their finest\u00a0cuts are cooked and served, sometimes also in\u00a0special ways (eg Asado).<\/p>\n

The story of their company begins in 1982, when Lauro<\/strong> detects the butcher in Piazza Garibaldi in Moncalvo<\/strong>, hence began their company.<\/p>\n

Lauro captures the passion from his father, Carlo, and turns into craft and profession, so in 1993 bought the farm, where there is now the breeding, and become one of the few butchers of the surroundings with a own herd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is what makes it truly unique and characterizes the butcher Micco in Moncalvo: the opportunity to give customers a taste of the passion and hard work<\/strong> that Lauro puts in his farm and\u00a0the confidence he has in his animals. He has been appointed different times \u00a0of the award of “best butcher in Italy”, a title that few have and that Lauro earned working hard thanks to the attention and quality that has set for its product.
